Scott Reardon

I’m Scott Reardon, and I’m proud to be a second‐generation agent serving my hometown of Tallahassee, FL. Some of my earliest memories are from spending time in my dad’s office while he met with customers. Seeing firsthand how a local agent can make a meaningful difference in the community shaped my perspective early and ultimately led me to this career. I grew up right here in Tallahassee and went on to attend Florida State University, where I earned my B.S. in Risk Management & Insurance. After graduating, I spent eight years working in an agent’s office, gaining hands‐on experience and learning what it takes to help people prepare for life’s everyday risks. In 2024, I was grateful for the opportunity to open my own agency and continue that work in the community that raised me. Outside of the office, my wife Kassie and I stay busy with our dog, Beanie. I’m a big sports fan—especially when it comes to FSU and the St. Louis Cardinals—and I enjoy getting out on the golf course or spending time with family whenever I can. Those connections, both personal and local, are a big part of why I care so deeply about the people I work with.
